We are Hiring for Executive Assistant Secretary,

**Calendar Management**: You will be responsible for managing the executive's schedule, including arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel plans. Ensuring that the executive's time is optimized and that important events are prioritized.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**: Preparing and organizing important documents such as reports, presentations, agendas, minutes of meetings, and other business-related materials. Maintaining confidential records and files.

**Travel Arrangements**: Coordinating travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.

**Meeting Support**: Assisting with the preparation of meeting materials, ensuring the executive has all necessary information and documents prior to meetings. Sometimes attending meetings to take notes and follow up on action items.

**Gatekeeping**: Acting as a gatekeeper for the executive, managing access to their time and filtering requests and inquiries to determine what requires their attention.

**Event Planning**: Organizing and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and other gatherings involving the executive and, in some cases, the entire organization.

**Financial Management**: Handling expense reports and financial documentation related to the executive's office.

**Research and Analysis**: Conducting research on various topics as requested by the executive to provide them with relevant information for decision-making.

**Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the executive.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**: Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and matters.

**Project Coordination**: Assisting in managing and coordinating special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.

**Office Management**: Overseeing the smooth functioning of the executive's office, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and addressing any administrative issues that arise.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- the ability to prioritize tasks effectively,

- Strong proficiency in using office software tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software is essential.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
