Job Overview:
As a Channel Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of our newly launched EV bike products by identifying and onboarding new dealers and CNF (Carrying and Forwarding) partners. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, negotiating agreements, and driving sales through our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer & CNF Partner Identification: Identify potential dealers and CNF partners within designated territories and regions to establish a strong distribution network for our EV bike products.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the demand, competition, and opportunities for EV bikes in different regions. Use this analysis to create effective sales strategies.
3. New Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and secure new dealers and CNF partners to increase the distribution network and reach of our EV bike products.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners. Provide them with necessary product training, marketing materials, and support to ensure success.
5. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned territories through the channel partners. Monitor performance regularly and take corrective actions if required.
6. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations, timely product availability, and effective marketing campaigns.
7. Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports and present them to the management team. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing partner queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent pre-sales and after-sales support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Understanding of the electric vehicle market and trends is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
