_**Your Role at TrainingInbox - Customer Support Executive**_
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with various teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Provide essential back-end support to the IT department, including logging and tracking technical issues and assisting in their resolution.
- Connect with customers as needed, particularly during the registration process, to address any problems and provide guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a working laptop and maintain a stable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- A strong sense of empathy and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
