**Job Title: Customer Support Representative**

Location**:Mumbai (Thane)**

J**ob Description**:
As a Customer Support Representative for Tele Calling Versant 4+/5, you

will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance and guidance

in utilizing our platform. You will play a crucial role in resolving inquiries, technical issues,

responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide exceptional customer support to users of the Tele Calling Versant 4+/5

platform.

2. Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, billing, technical issues, and

general product information.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a

positive customer experience.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

5. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM

system.

6. Proactively identify and communicate recurring issues or trends to the appropriate

teams for resolution.

7. Continuously update knowledge of the Tele Calling Versant 4+/5 platform and its

features to provide accurate and up-to-date support.

Qualifications:
1. **Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.**

2. Excellent English communication with 0 grammatical errors

3. **0-3 months previous experience **in customer support or a related field preferred.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. S**trong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.**

6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

7. Familiarity with telecommunications or VoIP technologies is a plus.

**Benefits**:
