Executive Assistant

Effectively manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Managing Director’s schedule is optimized.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, including preparing agendas, arranging logistics, and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Attend meetings as requested, taking notes and following up on action items as necessary.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the Managing Director, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries. Ensure travel plans are efficient, cost-effective, and align with the Managing Director’s preferences and obligations.
- Manage and organize documents, files, and records, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring information is easily accessible and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with document preparation, editing, and distribution as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and executive team, including handling expense reports, processing invoices, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
- Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
