We're seeking a sales champion who thrives for deals closer and loves to exceed sales targets.

existing customers by listening to their requirements, and queries and providing them

guidance throughout their purchase process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for meeting and exceeding the set weekly, and monthly revenue targets

while maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards walk-in customers/

prospects.
- Handel walk-in customers and consult them on their requirements, AV equipment/

product highlights, features, and technical specifications along with pricing and

product pitching techniques including suggestions on apt solutions.
- Learn and make yourself acquainted with the PRODUCTS and various BRANDS

sold by Symphony; keep upgrading your own technical knowledge and sales skills to

achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Check the PRICES of various products starting from those which are frequently sold

to get a complete understanding of our industry.
- Should be able to conduct price and feature comparisons with the other brands to

facilitate customer purchases with us.
- Responsible for making outbound calls to customers for follow-up, query resolution,

and sales closer.
- Research and ask QUESTIONS from every member of the Symphony family to clear

all the concepts and strategies to sell these products.
- Manage complex negotiations with premium segment customers/ prospects.
- Should be able to coordinate with the internal team and get updates on available

stocks of all products on a daily basis.
- Maintain DAP reports including customer records/ calls, and sales achieved, and

update the CRM with useful information on a timely basis.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales by generating

references and repeat sales via upselling/ cross-selling techniques.
- Prepare quotations and letters for the clients along with making the bills in the right

format with the minutest details.
- Build rapport and establish sound relationships with walk-in customers/ prospects Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of sales.
- Polite, courteous, and well-spoken with customer orientation and ability to

adapt/respond to different types of prospects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.

CTC: up to 3.6 Lacs

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
