Job brief:
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Project Sales Executive to join our innovative hospitality startup, which offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking an alternative passive investment through asset renting. The Finance Project Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential investors, presenting the investment opportunity, and fostering long-term relationships within the finance and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Identification and Prospecting:

- Research and identify potential investors within the finance and real estate industries who are interested in alternative investment opportunities.
- Utilize various channels such as industry events, online platforms, and networking to build a robust pipeline of prospective investors.
- Develop a deep understanding of investor profiles, preferences, and risk appetites to tailor investment proposals accordingly.

Investment Presentation and Consultation:

- Articulate the unique value proposition of our asset renting model to potential investors, emphasizing its benefits as a passive and diversified investment option.
- Conduct engaging presentations and one-on-one consultations to educate potential investors about the investment process, projected returns, and associated risks.
- Address investor inquiries, concerns, and objections, providing accurate and transparent information to build trust and confidence.

Relationship Building and Management:

- Build strong and enduring relationships with prospective investors, understanding their financial goals and helping them align the investment opportunity with their portfolio strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with investors throughout the investment lifecycle, providing updates on asset performance, market trends, and any relevant developments.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials, presentations, and investment collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential investors.
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide investors with accurate and comprehensive documentation.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings within the alternative investment space.
- Gather feedback from investors to provide insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of our investment offerings and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the finance or real estate sector, preferably with experience in promoting alternative investment products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential investors.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and dynamics is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
