- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
- Proven track record of successfulfranchise sales and development.
- Excellentknowledge of franchise industry regulations and bestpractices.
- Demonstrated experience innegotiating and closing franchise deals.
- Strongunderstanding of sales forecasting andbudgeting.
- Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to build andmaintain strong businessrelationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software andsales management tools.
