Job description

Sourcing for new potential franchiseesFocus on the sales and marketing of franchises to prospective buyersDeveloping and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise.Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business.Understanding and responding to potential franchisees.Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants and scheduling meeting with them.Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise

Desired Candidate ProfileIMMEDIATE JOININGExcellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenCharismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer-facing skillsExpertise in Microsoft OfficeBuild relationships with prospective clientsManage sales pipeline

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any stream.Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales successStrong negotiation skillsStrong communication and presentation skills

Experience:

2+ years in sales industry
