Spin N Press is a leading dry cleaning business in Mumbai, known for its quality and excellent service. We are expanding our horizons by franchising our successful business model and are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Franchise Development Manager.


Job Description:

The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing new franchisees for Spin N Press. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to signing franchise agreements and ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential franchisees through various channels including advertising, networking events, and partnerships.

• Outreach and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract prospective franchisees. Maintain a strong online presence and represent the company at franchise expos and trade shows.

• Qualification: Screen and evaluate potential franchisees to ensure they meet the company’s criteria and align with the brand’s values.

• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to signing the franchise agreement. Conduct meetings, provide information, and negotiate terms.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, providing them with support and addressing any concerns.

• Coordination with Legal and Finance Teams: Ensure all legal and financial documents are prepared and signed correctly.

• Training and Onboarding: Assist in the initial training and onboarding of new franchisees to ensure they are set up for success.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the franchising industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
