**Overview**:We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and convert leads across corporates, healthcare professionals (gynecologists), and educational institutions to drive awareness and participation in LAIQA Wellness workshops and programs. You will own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to client meetings, giving demos, organizing workshops, and establishing long-term partnerships.
**Reports to**: Head of Sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Sales**:
- **End-to-End Sales Cycle Management**: Own the entire B2B sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, demos, and closing workshop associations with corporate clients.
- **Workshop Organization**: Persuade HR and management teams to host LAIQA Wellness workshops on-site and online, educating employees about hormonal health and wellness.
- **Employee Engagement**: Convince HRs to ensure maximum participation from their employees in our wellness workshops (online and offline).
**Healthcare Sales**:
- **Gynecologist Onboarding**: Meet with doctors, specifically gynecologists, and onboard them as LAIQA partners. Convince them to recommend our wellness programs to their patients as a holistic solution for hormonal balance and reproductive health.
- **Strengthening Partnerships**: Develop long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals to LAIQA's wellness programs.
**College Sales**:
- **Campus Workshops**: Approach and persuade college authorities to conduct wellness workshops for students, focusing on women's health and reproductive wellness.
- **Educational Collaborations**: Explore and initiate collaborations with educational institutions to spread awareness and establish LAIQA's presence among younger audiences.
**Additional B2B Opportunities**:
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Identify and explore other B2B collaboration opportunities across industries to increase participation in LAIQA workshops.
- **Networking and Outreach**: Regularly attend industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to generate new leads and partnerships.
**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
- Lead generation and pipeline management for corporate, healthcare, and educational partnerships.
- Number of workshops organized and participants enrolled.
- Onboarding of gynecologists and healthcare partners.
- Strategic partnerships and collaborations for workshop expansion.
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in healthcare, corporate wellness, or education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Ability to manage and execute a complete sales cycle independently.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships.
- Relationship-building skills with HRs, doctors, and academic institutions.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
