B2b Sales Executive

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ø Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Ø Execute telesales, field sales, and direct sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Ø Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Ø Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the MIS system.
Ø Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ø Utilize Excel and other tools to organize, analyze, and present sales data effectively.
Ø Demonstrate enthusiasm for the products/services offered and maintain a positive attitude.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience in telesales, field sales, and direct sales.
- Exceptional communication, conversation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
