Documentation Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and file maritime documents and records.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for accreditation.
- Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and institute policies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or documentation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
