Paperchase Accountancy, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly capable

individual to join our team as an **Executive Assistant to Senior Management**. This is a critical role that

requires a blend of administrative support skills, analytical capabilities, and strong communication

abilities. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our senior management team

and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team, including the CEO,

CFO, and other executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external

stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments within the organization,

facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making

processes.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation

for senior executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain

confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and

implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior

management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to multitask and

prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and

professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:
