**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Follow up with clients to clarify important points.
- Finalize Finance contracts and keep clients informed in rules and obligations.
- Identify customer needs, explore all options and suggest different types of Finance.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience in a Finance Processor role.
- Good knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
- Comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures
- In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a result driven approach

Graduate in any field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
