The National Sales Manager(NSM) is responsible for drivingBusiness Developmentactivities for the IT business (PhysicalInfrastructure/Structured Cabling) across India. This includescreating gotomarket (GTM) strategies building and managing ahighperforming team identifying new Data Center/Enterpriseopportunities partnering with new channel partners driving businessdevelopment improving internal processes (both manual andautomated) across all functions and managing the P&L forthe overallbusiness.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • CreateGTM plans for the current portfolio and identify new OEMs forproductlaunches.
  • Identify andrecruit suitable candidates for Business Development Manager (BDM)positions to ensure channel and endcustomer coverage(DC/Enterprise).
  • Provideleadership and motivation to the team to enhanceperformance.
  • Organizechannel engagementactivities.
  • Introduceprocess automation in Sales Finance Logistics and HRfunctions.
  • Independentlydrive sales and manage theP&L.

FirstSix MonthsExpectations:
  • Promotesolution selling to endcustomers and through channelpartners.
  • Build ahighperformingteam.
  • Mentor the teamto enhance their technical and commercialskills.
  • Conductregular fieldwork with sales associates to improve market andcustomerknowledge.
  • Drive salesrevenue.
