National Sales Manager Role

The National Sales Manager at Talent Corner HR is responsible for driving business development activities for the IT business across India. This includes creating go-to-market strategies, building and managing a high-performing team, identifying new data center and enterprise opportunities, partnering with new channel partners, driving business development, improving internal processes, and managing the P&L for the overall business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create go-to-market plans for the current portfolio and identify new OEMs for product launches.
  • Identify and recruit suitable candidates for Business Development Manager (BDM) positions to ensure channel and end-customer coverage.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to the team to enhance performance.
  • Organize channel engagement activities.
  • Introduce process automation in Sales, Finance, Logistics, and HR functions.
  • Independently drive sales and manage the P&L.

First Six Months Expectations:

  • Promote solution selling to end-customers and through channel partners.
  • Build a high-performing team.
  • Mentor the team to enhance their technical and commercial skills.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork with sales associates to improve market and customer knowledge.
  • Drive sales revenue.
