About the Role

At Spectrum Talent Management, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to join our team. As a National Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to accelerate growth, conducting market research and analysis, and understanding customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Understanding customer requirements and needs.
  • Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to build partnerships.
  • Monitoring performance and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Leadership role with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Holding work experience with Dermatology companies.
  • Complete experience of West and South zones.
