About the Role
At Spectrum Talent Management, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to join our team. As a National Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to accelerate growth, conducting market research and analysis, and understanding customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
- Understanding customer requirements and needs.
- Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to build partnerships.
- Monitoring performance and preparing reports for senior management.
- Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role.
- Leadership role with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Holding work experience with Dermatology companies.
- Complete experience of West and South zones.
