What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a sales strategy director who can steer our organizational sales strategy across all associated members in NBFCs/private banks. This role requires a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and our business model.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree from a premier B School with specialization in marketing/finance, and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales and business development. Ideally, they should have assets-side experience with a bank or NBFC.
Key Responsibilities:
The sales strategy director will be responsible for planning, controlling, directing, and organizing all sales and related activities to maximize and support the company's revenues and profit objectives. They will meet and ideally exceed the board-approved revenue budget for all products, drive sales performance to quarterly plans, and ensure timely receipt of payments.
The director will also maintain key customer relationships, develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base, and manage customer-centric operations to ensure customer satisfaction. They will work at delivering value-added products and services as per market requirements, plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals, and gather business and market intelligence information.
