Job Title: Student Remittance Business Development Manager (Revised)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Student Remittance Business Manager (BDR) to join our growing financial services company. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing impactful sales strategies to achieve and surpass our ambitious student remittance service growth goals. You'll build and nurture strong relationships with overseas education consultants, expanding our market reach and driving customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including targeted campaigns and engagement initiatives, to exceed business objectives and achieve robust revenue growth.
Foster strategic partnerships with overseas education consultants to accelerate student customer acquisition and market penetration.
Create and manage a comprehensive business plan encompassing sales, revenue targets, expense control strategies, and innovative growth plans.
Consistently exceed assigned sales quotas and deliver insightful reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into loyal customers.
Champion exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and adapt sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our student remittance solutions and value proposition to potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to align and synchronize sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts for optimal business results.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the FinTech or remittance industry, demonstrating success in acquiring student customers.
Proven ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets and achieve revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
