Job Description:
He/ She will be responsible for managing the school business vertical, meeting sales targets,
Business development, managing and developing travel agent networks. build and maintain
relationships with school principals and decision-makers.
Work with internal stakeholders for constant development of offerings as per requirements
of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating business from the school segment through direct sales
efforts and collaboration with travel trade partners.
- Meet visit school principals to generate leads
- Build and deepen relationships with the schools and develop a long term
partnership with educators.
- Responsible for market mapping, competition analysis, feasibility studies,
- Develop business and relationship in the market with Travel Agents ,
- Assign and Track revenue target to Trade partners
- To design and drive marketing activities to generate leads from the activities
conducted in the schools for students.
- Preparing periodical business reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to
review expansion plans and plan accordingly for any lag.
- Motivating the team and driving performance; reviewing their productivity levels are
met on a monthly basis.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the school segment and familiarity with educational
products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify
opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
- Education and Experience:Graduation
- MBA would be preferred
- Minimum 6- 7 years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a samll team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
