We are hiring BDM (Edtech) for Thane west location.
Position - BDM ( Edtech)
Experience - 5 to 8yrs
Salary Upto - 50 k per month
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Institutional Partnerships**:
- Collaborate with colleges to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful program delivery.
- Liaise with college principals, HODs, and other stakeholders to address any operational challenges.
- Arrange guest lectures and skill-based seminars for students within the college.
- **Logistics and Resource Management**:
- Coordinate logistics for lectures, workshops, and events within the colleges.
- Ensure timely availability of resources (materials, equipment, etc.) required for course delivery.
- Oversee the admission and fees collection process.
- **Student Support and Feedback**:
- Gather feedback from students regarding course content, faculty, and overall experience.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with parents to enhance student satisfaction.
- **Process Optimization**:
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally to implement best practices.
- **Branding and Admission Inquiries**:
- Set up branding initiatives within the college to promote our programs.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Handle admission inquiries and provide relevant information to prospective students.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or Edtech setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with institutional partnerships and educational processes.
