Spanish Customer Executive

**Job Summary**: Seeking a fluent Spanish Customer Executive to provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clientele. Responsible for resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication in Spanish.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Resolution**: Troubleshoot issues and find solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand our offerings to provide accurate information.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of interactions and feedback.
- **Language Assistance**: Provide translations and interpreting support.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Make outbound and answer Inbound calls from Spanish Patients about their Hospital Bills.
- Provide appropriate payment plan to patients to settle their outstanding dues.
- Handle queries from patients about their hospital bills.
- Adhere to the guidelines and job aids of the process.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- **Educational Background**: Degree in communications, business, or linguistics preferred.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Knowledge of Spanish-speaking cultures and customs is beneficial.

Pay: ₹9,794.25 - ₹34,540.90 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
