- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document and track all support requests
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients
- Install and configure software and hardware
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Diploma or Associate Degree in IT or related field
- Basic IT knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Expert in Spanish Language (mandatory)
