2. 0-3 years’ experience in Sales, BD, project management, process management, or similar experience
3. Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
4. Excellent communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in business terms to both internal and external members
5. Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success.
6. Thrives under pressure and working to aggressive timelines
7. Have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer/seller experience
8. Basic Knowledge of Excel

As a Program Associate with SSR, you will have the exciting opportunity to improve experience for all SSR Sellers. The role will require engaging with Partners & sellers at different points of their lifecycle and help improve the seller onboarding experience by bring out the friction points.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding sellers on Amazon India
- Engage with qualified leads with pitching for launching on Amazon and get higher conversion.
- Identify seller pain points and escalate the same to improve seller experience across
- Regularly meet existing service levels agreements, improve processes and device out innovative ways to improve leads to launch conversion
- Work with key internal stakeholders to set priorities and help unblock the sellers
- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller launches targets
