GPCL is actively engaged in providing consultancy services in the procurement and technical domains and has successfully delivered assignments in over 40 countries worldwide.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a project procurement strategy document as per the Bank template and guidance.
- Prepare a Procurement Manual in consultation with the PMU which shall be based on the World Bank regulation and shall be prior cleared by the Bank.
- Review and help finalize the TOR for various critical consultancies as proposed under the project to meet readiness.
- Prepare a procurement plan for 18 months.
- Provided support in preparing draft Bid documents /RFP including Invitation for Bids, Expression of Interest, Request for Proposals along with TORs, for various packages related to World Bank Project Preparation/Studies suggested by World Bank in accordance with the Bank Standard/Model Bid documents.
- Provide support in procurement process for each activity.
**Qualifications**
- Applicant must be a **BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering** from a recognized Institution or equivalent.
- Minimum Five (5) years of working experience in handling of **Public Procurement**.
- An Experience in World Bank funded project will be given preference.
- An exposure to World Bank policies and procedures through training will be an added advantage.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
