Office Administration Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations (Dispatch mails for reservations, marketing promotions, etc.)
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Mark entries in accounting software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
