**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Office Management:

- Oversee and maintain office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure the office environment is organised, professional, and conducive to productivity.

Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to partners, attorneys, and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements as required for all departments. Also, would be assisting the HR department with coordination and scheduling of meetings.

Documentation and Record-keeping:

- Coordination with Associate/s with regards to setting up their calendars.
- Maintain accurate and organised records, files, and databases both in physical and digital formats.

Client Interaction:

- Greet clients, answer inquiries, and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, document submissions, and follow-ups as necessary.

Compliance and Coordination:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 4-5 years as an Administrative Executive or similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit professionalism, and work collaboratively in a team setting.

**Additional Information**:

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
