**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, greeting guests professionally and directing them as appropriate.

**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

**Data Management**: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.

**Office Supplies**: Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.

**Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and other documents. Experience with Canva and similar tools is required for creating visually engaging documents.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating office events and meetings.

**Financial Tasks**: Process invoices, expenses, and petty cash as required.

**Office Maintenance**: Coordinate with janitorial staff and external contractors to ensure that the office space is clean and well-maintained.

**Ad-hoc Tasks**: Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content creation tools is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
