**Jobs and Responsibilities**

1. Make outbound sales calls to customers whose UPS warranties are nearing expiration (Not target oriented)

2. Pitch AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services to customers, explaining the benefits and value of extended maintenance support.

3. Address any customer queries or concerns regarding the AMC service.

4. Prepare and share accurate quotations for UPS AMC services based on the customer's requirements.

5. Follow up with customers on quotations shared, answer any questions, and negotiate terms if necessary.

6. Take customer orders for AMC services once terms are agreed upon.

7. Ensure all order details are accurately captured and documented.

8. Arrange for preventive maintenance (PM) schedules once AMC contracts are signed.

9. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely maintenance visits and proper execution of maintenance activities.

10. Prepare detailed invoices for AMC services, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

11. Submit invoices to customers along with any required documentation, such as signed contracts, PM reports, and other related documents.

12. Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.

13. Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of invoices and facilitate prompt payment.

14. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and contract renewals.

15. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, quotations, orders, and invoices.

Prepare regular reports on AMC sales progress, AMC renewals, and customer feedback for management review.

**Educational Requirement / Preferred Qualifications / Experience (or any special Skills)**:

- Any Graduate
- Confidence in handling customer interactions and queries
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Willingness to make outbound sales calls and follow up with clients.**
