As a Service Coordinator at Laser Science Services India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of our service department and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. This position is based at our headquarters in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
**Job Location**:Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation with relevant experience
**Work Experience & Skills Required**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a service coordination role, preferably in the field of scientific or industrial equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:
**Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and technical support issues**
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and dispatch them to customer locations as needed
**Service Coordination**:
- Manage service requests from initiation through resolution, including logging, tracking, and updating service tickets in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and schedule service activities based on urgency and customer requirements
- Monitor service activities to ensure compliance with service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets
**Technical Assistance**:
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams for escalated issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or onsite assistance
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, activities, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Generate service reports and metrics to track performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and distribute service documentation, including service agreements, manuals, and warranty information
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers by providing attentive and personalized service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service outcomes and address any unresolved issues or concerns
- Regularly update customer profiles and service history in the CRM system to facilitate efficient service delivery and account management
Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks related to service operations, such as inventory management, parts ordering, and invoicing
- Collaborate with the finance department to process service orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to service managers and supervisors as needed
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
