Customer Service Coordinator

Ensure Customer delight by timely actions.
- Preparing Spares & Machine Quotation
- Making Performa Invoice/ Tax Invoice for Machine & Spares
- Samples Follow up & coordination follow up with customer & stores for samples
- Coordinating with Accounts - Details of Payment Received
- Follow-up with customers
- Tapping new customers
- Record feedback after order delivery
- Making quarterly sales reports
- Making monthly Gantt Charts
- Customers query handling and conveying to relevant teams.
- Collaborating with different teams for progressive outcomes.
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Other sale & service related work. -If any.
- Graduate with a technical background preferable
- Good Communication skills & team work.
- Should be proficient in using MS-Office Tools
- Self-motivated & innovative in marketing skill/techniques.
- 1 to 2years experience.
Salary
Salary depend on experience & knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹10,375.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
