Receive\Make calls to Patients as per the Patient care program
Patient Registration Management. From data entry to issuing the enrolment kit to all
Ensuring that the relevant benefits are executed as per the Program scheme. Manage entire related coordination with external parties and Patients to ensure that the benefits have been received
Patient follow-up as per program needs
Maintain Patient records and files in a safe and manageable manner
Ensure prudent and effective utilization of communication tools.
Manage day-today reporting on the Program
Client coordination if required
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Schedule:
