Designation: Head - Business Development (Designated as AVP - Client Experience Consulting)
Location: Ghatkopar West Mumbai
Experience: 8+ years
**Salary**: Up to Rs. 25 LPA
**Key Result Areas**:
- Manage the team of client experience consulting professionals to achieve their individual targets and activity numbers
- Achieve the set team targets through client acquisition and upsell/cross sell
- Manage collections to maintain healthy credit cycle
- Ensure complete adherence to internal processes of salesforce automation database, business documentation and related requirements
- Manage the marketing and prospecting for business
- Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of client engagements
**Activities**:
- Manage team’s reporting and deliverables effectively
- Ensure client experience and deliverables without escalations
- Manage marketing campaigns for lead generation through agency / internal resources
- Ensure negotiations and closures with clients to create win-win partnerships
- Project and achieve revenue numbers for the quarter and year
- Manage effective rollout schedules to meet timelines and budgetary requirements
**Skills Required**:
- Graduate in English Medium with fluency in English
- Must possess strong communication, virtual interaction and telephonic skills
- Prior experience of being in similar role of managing sales teams is mandatory
- High level of competency in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual conference platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Confidence to conduct business in virtual environment (mail and phone)
- Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
