Responsibilities:
Correspondence Handling:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.

Draft and prepare responses to letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence.

Maintain organized records of all correspondence for future reference.

Calendar Management:
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for executives and other team members.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues and arranging refreshments.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when required.

Communication Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Ensure smooth communication flow within the organization by disseminating relevant information in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
