We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our team. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
