**Receptionist Cum Admin (2 Years Experience, Female)**
**Location**: Sector 5
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist cum Admin with at least 2 years of relevant experience with excellent communication skill to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Warmly welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- **Answering Calls**: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, responding to callers’ needs in a professional manner.
- **Handling Mail**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
- **Maintaining Office Supplies**: Order and keep track of office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and anticipating future needs.
- **Scheduling Meetings**: Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff, including making travel arrangements for senior management.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep office records up to date, including visitor logs, employee directories, and departmental records.
- **Performing Clerical Tasks**: Carry out various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and transcribing documents.
- **Maintaining the Reception Area**: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials are available.
- **Housekeeping Supervision**: Oversee staff attendance and work, ensuring cleanliness and order in the office.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Any graduate. Prefer if from hotel industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.(English,Hindi)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
