**Job Title**:Customer Support role**

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Working Hours**: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Interview Timings**: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain a strong customer service orientation throughout all interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Utilize company policies and tools to document contact topics and actions taken.
- Work effectively with team members to provide seamless customer support.
- Demonstrate clear, polite, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Escalate customer issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Achieve productivity and quality standards set by the company.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Experience in handling difficult or irate customers effectively.
- Ability to adjust behavior and communication to accommodate diverse individuals.
- Professional and positive demeanor.
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in IT - Hardware / Networking is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
