High English Proficiency and a Customer Service attitude/experience desired for Customer Support Executive role at Pragati Tech Services, Nagpur for their client, a leading Australian E-commerce Portal.

Support will be via written communication via following Channels:

- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram
- Website Live Chat
- Freshdesk ticketing system

Timing 9 AM to 5.30 PM. Including 30 mins lunch break
5 days a week.
Alternate shift on Weekends followed by 2 days off on Monday & Tuesday. Also extra payment for working on weekends.

Office Location - Orange City Hospital Sq., Khamla
