Administration Executive

**What you will do for Sectona**
As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of office management tasks including facilities management, supplies inventory and restocking, purchase order management & vendor management. If you have the desire to work in a dynamic and high growth environment, this role is for you.
- Create, maintain & organize information regarding office management.
- Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies whenever needed.
- Keeping a record of office equipment and its maintenance, repair, or replacement.
- Utilities due date tracking and intimation to Accounts on timely payments.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the execution of corporate culture events including catering, setup, and entertainment and coordination with vendors.
- Organizing domestic and international travel and accommodation for staff & customers.
- Keeping a check on office rent agreement and renewals.
- Document preparation and coordination for ISO Audits and related compliances.
- Providing basic administrative record keeping services and completing related tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
**Skills & Experience you require -**
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- At 1 year experience in administrative services.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clarity of thought.
