Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Business Development Manager at MantraCare, located in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in B2B sales and partnership development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of employee wellbeing and engagement solutions is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
