Wahl India, a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Sr. Business Development Executive/Business Development Executive for the professional division at multiple locations.


Locations: Delhi, Mumbai,Guwahati, Patna, Raipur,Amritsar

Reporting: Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, generate, and expand monthly business from 250+ salons, wholesale counters, and retail outlets.
  • Appoint additional potential salons, wholesalers, and retailers in the designated area.
  • Generate and expand the business from existing and new distributors.
  • Actively manage the given monthly sales targets from designated territories.
  • Responsible for delivering primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Actively update the Sales app for daily sales reporting.
  • Responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant sales experience
  • 3 to 8 years of direct sales experience, preferably in salon, FMCD, FMCG, electronics, or similar sectors
  • Strong distribution network, especially in salons, cosmetic counters, and professional retail outlets
  • Experience in the salon and cosmetics industry with established relationships in the cosmetic/salon trade is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
