Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various

channels, including Linkedin, networking events, and industry collaborations.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand

their business needs and effectively communicate how our software products and

services can address those needs with

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to

deal closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth conversions.

Negotiation and Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals in

a manner that fosters long-term client relationships.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computers, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in business development in the IT industry.

Good to have prior experience in staffing and/or Software Product Sales.

Sound communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in deal closure.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
