Business Development Executive

About the Job:
We're seeking a driven Business Development Executive to contribute to our growth. This role involves identifying and converting high-potential leads, building lasting relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for brego-business. If you thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment and can craft compelling pitches, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads through various channels
- Nurture relationships with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Comfortable with outreach via email and cold calling
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized
- Prior experience selling services/products to SMEs or startups is an asset
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
