We're seeking a driven Business Development Executive to contribute to our growth. This role involves identifying and converting high-potential leads, building lasting relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for brego-business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads through various channels
  • Nurture relationships with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
  • Comfortable with outreach via email and cold calling
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized
  • Prior experience selling services/products to SMEs or startups is an asset

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
