About the Role:

As a

Sales/Partnerships Specialist , you will play a critical role in building and nurturing partnerships with key institutions such as academic organizations, hospitals, insurance companies, and BFSI entities. Leveraging your experience in industries like

telco, insurance, FMCG, or other B2B sales , you will drive scaled user acquisition through collaborative initiatives and innovative programs.
This role is perfect for a dynamic and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for building strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development Identify and onboard key partners in sectors such as academic institutions, hospitals, BFSI, and insurance companies.
Pitch and present Coto's value proposition to potential partners, highlighting opportunities for mutual growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with user acquisition goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns and offers tailored for each partner's audience.
Coordinate with partners to launch co-branded initiatives, promotions, or events to drive user acquisition.
Performance and Growth Meet and exceed partnership-driven acquisition targets, contributing significantly to overall growth.
Continuously monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for optimization and expansion.
Create detailed performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research and Insights Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies in telco, insurance, FMCG, and B2B sectors.
Use insights to identify new opportunities for partnerships and innovative acquisition channels.
Collaboration and Alignment Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure partnership campaigns are effective.
Align partnership initiatives with overall company goals and brand messaging.

What We're Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in

telco sales ,

insurance sales ,

FMCG sales , or

B2B partnerships .
Proven track record of achieving sales or partnership-driven acquisition targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a history of working with large organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively to senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with strong project management skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience working with academic institutions, hospitals, or BFSI organizations.
Familiarity with user acquisition strategies, including co-marketing and referral programs.
Background in working with digital platforms or apps, especially in user acquisition roles.
