Business Opportunities

As a Business Sales Manager at Fiserv, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. This involves targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts, cultivating and nurturing relationships, and developing comprehensive merchant acquiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
  2. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations.
  3. Develop and present comprehensive merchant acquiring solutions that address clients' specific requirements and deliver measurable value.
  4. Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and providing accurate forecasts to senior management.
  5. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments impacting the merchant acquiring landscape.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech, and/or technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
  • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and aggressive selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
