Sales Strategy and Partnerships Executive

MNC Group is a leading IT hardware distributor seeking a Sales Strategy and Partnerships Executive to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through the channel. As a key member of our team, you will identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase sales and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales through the channel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase sales and expand market reach.
- Nurture relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with relevant experience in IT hardware sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong understanding of IT products and the specific requirements for various enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
