We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer  to design, develop, and maintain actionable and insightful CRM Analytics dashboards and reports. As a key contributor, you will optimize business processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development:

  • Design and create intuitive and compelling Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and reports tailored for various stakeholders, including bankers and managers.
  • Utilize advanced functionalities such as Bindings , Time series , Prediction Builder , and Recipes  for impactful visualizations.

Data Integration and Management:

  • Handle data flows, recipes, and security configurations to ensure dashboards are accurate and reliable.
  • Utilize tools such as Workbench , Data Loader , and ServiceNow  to facilitate smooth data integration and updates.

Business Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver actionable insights through customized dashboards.
  • Train end-users to maximize adoption and ensure effective use of CRM Analytics dashboards.

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop SAQL and SOQL queries for data manipulation and report optimization.
  • Manage complex Salesforce data structures, including relationships, custom fields, approval processes, and sharing rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce Shield  to enhance data security and ensure compliance.

Optimization and Maintenance:

  • Monitor and optimize dashboard performance and data integrations for efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to dashboards as business needs evolve.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless functionality across systems.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years  of IT experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
  • Expertise in developing Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, reports, and data flows.
  • Advanced skills in SAQL , SOQL , and Salesforce CRM Analytics functionalities (e.g., Bindings, Timeseries, Prediction Builder).
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce declarative features, including objects, workflows, approval processes, and custom fields.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Workbench , Data Loader , ServiceNow , and JIRA  for data management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket , COPADO , and change sets for streamlined deployment processes.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator , App Builder , and Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and reliability.
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Declarative Salesforce Features:  Objects, Profiles, Roles, Workflows, Approval Processes, Flows, Process Builder, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Programmatic Salesforce Features:  SOQL, SOSL, CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), Dataflows.
  • Tools:  Workbench, Data Loader, Import Wizard, ServiceNow, JIRA.
