The Salesforce Administrator leverages Salesforce to control, administer and maintain the entire sales funnel. The primary goal of this position is to provide an accurately maintained Salesforce CRM to ensure full visibility to senior leadership. The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for upholding salesforce’s data hygiene. The Salesforce Administrator will interact with remote roles in North America and Europe in a mostly virtual company. This requires an innovative approach to sharing knowledge with the GTM team.


Location: Pune

Shift timing - 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Administer Everstream’s Salesforce instance including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, automations and validations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations. - admin
  • Work on user problems with urgency, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve user experience.
  • Maintain and improve integrations with Gong and Demandbase to provide additional value add insights into Salesforce
  • Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, duplicate record management, and data cleansing. Provide insights on areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations on Salesforce optimization


About You

You're a fit for the role of Salesforce Administrator if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce
  • Software as a Service Sales (SaaS) experience is a must
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong affinity towards digital solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with Sales Operations and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Self-starter, proven ability to initiate next steps toward meeting business goals
  • High level of integrity and understanding of sales and GTM ethics
  • Experience with Jira, Gong and Demandbase is a plus
