**Requirement/Description**:
**Your mission is to:
- Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce CRM platform
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Handle all administrative configuration functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Investigate and resolve production problems and coordinate/follow up with Salesforce Support.
- Assist on documentation, cookbooks, and training material creation for our CRM community.
- Provide ongoing Salesforce platform support and collaborate on enhancements to the platform.
- Complete regular internal system audits and upgrades.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a constantly changing work environment.
- Collaborate with Divisions and help with end-to-end testing of platform in SIT/UAT prior to release.
- Effectively use ticketing tool to track projects and Salesforce support issues.

**What we expect of you**
- 3+ years Salesforce administration experience.
- Fluent in Salesforce declarative workflow automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flow). Basic understanding of APEX programming language preferred.
- Ability to map, interpret & optimize individual steps in the lead to cash process.
- Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly.
- Detail oriented, taking into consideration each moving part of the system before taking action or recommending a solution.
- User-centric, empathetic approach to introducing systems change.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, STEM or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferred, additional Salesforce certification is a plus.
